    8) hi guys.

    been looking around for study books. going to buy the mike mayers book as it is highly recommended (you should be on commision). studying for the a+ essentials exam and intend to do the 220-602.

    i am woundering which of the mike mayers books to buy.

    Get the compTIA all in one exam guide by Mike Myeres 6th edition none of earlier Mike myeres books will help.

    Bascially i got a Mike Meyers Comptia A+ certification book. Can somebody give me some advice if this is the wrong resource to revise for the exam? or do i need the all-in-one??? :(

    If the certification book covers 220-601, 220-602, 220-603, 220-604 exams then you are ok but if it covers any exams like 220-301 then you are reading outdated stuff.

    to be sure though I would get the All in one guide 6th edition.

    thanks, accoriding to the exam i would like to do is the essentials and 220-601. will that be ok?

    you need two for the a+ incase you dont know the essentials is mandatory then you choose one of the other 3.

    read my extra post above , to be safe get the Mike Meyers all in one its the book thats most recommended for the a+

    oh..i just got this book not along ago...looks like i need to fork out another £30 at least for the all-in-one..

    maybe someone else can tell you different but as far as I was aware the All in one 6th edition was the leading book to get and most other are inferior,

    I've just finished this book. A good read overall. The one thing I did find is some of the answers to the review questions are actually wrong.
