    Microsoft studies Windows Vista flaw



    Less than a month after the Windows Vista operating system shipped to businesses, Microsoft has confirmed that a flaw in the software appears to allow attackers to mount a privilege escalation attack.

      Actualy - this is a flaw in Windows from Win2k onwards. You have to be logged on to Windows to exploit it, so nobody is getting excited from the break-in point of view.

      However the ability it gives in a corporate environment to boost your access level should be causing more of a stir than is currently visible, IMHO.
