Is this "NEW" or is it related to the last update for the blaster stuff?

This one would appear to be a new one NOT realted to blaster or any other identified vulnerabilities. They do not say that there are any known cases of this expliot yet but no doubt our friendly virus writers are working on it right now!

P.S. I wonder what the cost to business is of all these patches?
