It has been quite some time since I picked up any new study guides but back in the day (I sound ancient) I always picked up both the Sybex and Microsoft Press books for every exam I sat.

I've had a quick look on Amazon and I'm not overly impressed with the Microsoft Press books. They seem to have dumbed down and look a little light on coverage.

I've just been logging into my VMware and Microsoft accounts and came across this which might be of use to you mate.

MCPs save 40% on print books and 50% on e-books
Visit the Microsoft Press Store, enter discount code MCPBOOK for print books or MCPEBOOK for e-books during checkout, and get your savings.

Seen alot of complaints about the newer books on Amazon not being that useful for the exams.

Yeah I would probably spend the money on a Pluralsight or CBTNuggets subscription personally.
