Not really... it'd be more like skimming what you've already learned, and adding what you don't already know.

Suppose so. I hope my Meyers AIO book comes soon. Would you say the 3rd Edition is enough to get me through the exam? Or is it definately worth buying an additional book like the David Groth one?

Never use one book, the groth book is more matter of fact whilst the Meyers book takes his usual light hearted approach.

In that case, I'll get the Groth book, too. Which is best to read first? Or is it best to jump between?

Meyers first, definitely. He explains things better.
I've just started the Groth book today and I've already found bits I think would've completely baffled me if I hadn't read Meyers first.

Cheers, Soundian. I'll read the Meyers book first, then use the Groth as a quick reference guide I think. I did the same when I studied for the A+. I used Jean Andrew's "A+ In Depth" as my main guide, then used Meyers "Passport" as a quick ref guide. I got into a comfortable routine studying that way.
