MCSA achieved with 1 exam still left!

I have still to take an exam from the section "Exams on client operating systems: Choose one" but looking at my transcripts i have achieved MCSA status. The only reason i can come up with is that i passed the 682 upgrade exam which is basically half the 680 exam. Anyone know if this is the case?
