Hi, I'm a Microsoft developer and I would like to get certified as MCPD or MCAD (I still have to figure out the exact differences). I have 4 years of experience in Web development with .NET C# and I'm wondering how I should start this 'adventure'. I would like to achieve this certificate by self-study, but I am confused by the MS Learning area that shows me lots of books, training plans, articles and stuff for every single exam.

Can anyone help me out with this?
I would like to create a list of all books and exams, so I am able to make an estimate of the costs.

Thanks for your help! I really appreciate it! :D

    Kind regards,
    Willem

Don't make a list of all the exams, look at one exam at a time you need to take 70-536 first.

Buy the training kit from amazon it has full details.

    http://www.amazon.com/MCTS-Self-Pac...=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1248114727&sr=1-1

There is usually a page in the back explaining the tracks also.

    Best of luck ! :D
