Ok, I have a cert in 70-270 and plan on taking the MCTS after my Net+ exam, and from what Ive heard MCTS is basicly the same thing as the 70-270 but easier any truth to this?

Considering there are a blue million MCTS certifications, I cannot say that the MCTS is easier than the 70-270.

Passing the 70-620 will get you the MCTS: Windows Vista, Configuration certification. I found that exam to be easier than the 70-270 exam. But, to be honest, 70-620 is designed for a different level of tech than 70-270. 70-620 is more comparable to 70-271.
