Any AOL users here find that after 5pm, stuff like video streaming seems to take the lowest priority over everything else?

    Seems to happen everyday.

Plenty of ISPs use some kind of traffic management... I think AOL manage it by just not having any bandwidth. Luckily I only used AOL for about 6 months back in the last 90s. Funnily enough I moved to Force9 Internet which is what PlusNet is now. It used to be a really good ISP from what I member back then, hopefully it still is...

... to be fair, anything is going to be better than what you're getting now...

Get on the 50MB package from Virgin. No download limits *within reason. and Zero traffic management limits on the 50MB package. Plus it's always good to download at 5.4MB/s

I'm not too sure. Working my notice at the school here for the next 3 weeks. Packing some more of my stuff and then my friend is driving me back there with my PC and stuff in his boot haha. But as far as i'm aware it isn't too good. Not really looked into it. I thought it would be best to come back and at least work my notice rather than just disappear. never know when you would need the refrence.

I think Gibtel is the main net supplier over there. Not too sure on the speeds. It's a pity im going to having to keep paying my net here because it's a 12 month contract i'm stuck into.

3 Weeks left :biggrin yay yay yay yay
