lol it's like that other one, if you hold your remote to the side of your head and press it, it increases the signal aparently, so you can unlock your car all that further away!

i think the "SECRET" is wanting it to open. If you WANT it hard enough and then visualize it opening, it will open!

Well, swearing and shaking my fists at the boot did nothing for me.

Imagine if the AA man had a rumage in the back of the van and came back with a house brick with the "AA" Logo on the side, "Stand back sir, I'll have your car open in a jiffy"

LOL, a bright yellow one with AA in black writing. I'd lock myself out the car just to see that. Well maybe my wifes crappy ford.

When i was an apprentice in Bristol many years ago, i dorve home to devon each weekend. One friday night before i left to go home i'd locked my keys in teh ignition of my ford escort MK3 outside my local video shop. Not having a mobile in those days, and it being a 5 mile walk back to my digs to use the phone, i went in the shop. Asking the bloke there could i call teh AA as locked keys in car, he said dont bother he could open it for me. He didnt use no coat hanger, tennis ball or anything to slide down teh side of the window or pop the lock. He just put his knee against the thinest part of the door frame and window, grabbed the top edge of teh door and pulled!!
Bent my door back enough to get his arm in and reach the lock! After the door was opened we bent it back into shape and i drove home.

Before i got rid of teh old rust bucket, i'd used this method 5 more times since! Cracked the paint on the door where it bent, but how the hell i didnt break the window or cause teh metal to break through bending it so much i'll never know!

dont know if this has been fixed in newer cars but if you can find the right spot to hit the front and set off the air bags then the doors auto open

there again maybe a new window is cheaper than reseting the airbags :(
