    Hi Guys,
I'm currently looking at doing some Certs to back up my years of experience but don't know really where would be best to start.

Bit of background info on my experience
Did lots of IT, Networks, electronics in college ended up getting a job in a software company originally starting in 2003 as a trainee Support Specialist I worked with the company until September 2008 when I was unfortunately made redundant after the parent company closed the office to centralize things at this point I was a Senior Technical Specialist.

Over the five years with the company I did like most started on the help desk just taking calls and helping when I could on a first line level and worked my way up. By year 4/5 worked a lot on the company’s internal resources and network infrastructure, I loved the job if honest and got to play with all sorts of cool stuff and worked on some really great projects from getting servers up and running, playing with HP StorageWorks robots etc to setting up ISA gateways.

    Current Job.
One of my CV selling points was my experience with SharePoint which got me a job in January with a large IT services company on a MoD contract as a SharePoint Administrator. If honest they over sold the position a great deal and its close to being my idea of hell after six month of achieving almost nothing and doing lots of paper work, but I'm currently working on this sorting this.

I was thinking about starting things off with SharePoint 2007 MCTS but I also like the idea of some server side certs MCSA or MCITP? Any advice would be great as my long term goal is to get back to a position more like my old one and less "just SharePoint" as SharePoint although interesting isn't so much when you do it all day everyday.
