looking 4 IT job

    Hello Guys, I am a 50 year old guy. I have A+, N+ and Postgraduate certificates. I am looking for a job in IT for a long time (more than 1 year), and still I am seeking. I am really struggled:cry:, any advice is really appreciated.

    Hi Amir,

    What experiance have you got?

    There are a few decent IT recruitment agencies on George St in Edinburgh and off the top of my head employers you could apply direct to would be:

    Citigroup
    JPMorgan
    Halifax (out at the gyle) might be IF finance
    Standard Life Insurance
    Scottish Widows
    Scottish and Newcastle
    Oracle

    Few other companies out at the Gyle that are worth a look :-)

    Don't give up, it took me 5 years to get in IT and that was before the recession. Just continue to plug away at it. Are you getting interviews? Or aren't you getting that far?
