    Hi guys,

I was wondering if anyone here is looking to build a portfolio of logo design at all? My Dad's other half is in need of a logo for her company, but (typically) doesnt really want to spend to get it.

So, long shot I know, but I thought I'd give it a shot, I was wondering if anyone fancied doing it, just for the joys of it, and for credit on the website. Might be of benefit for anyone who is looking to build a portfolio of logos that they could use.

The website is Here. Not my design, but have to make do for now. First thing is to get a decent Logo.

If anyone is interested, please let me know. If anyone does want to do it, and would only do it for money, you could always let me know how much, I can always put it to her, see if she would be willing to go for it, for a reasonable (to her) value.

    Cheers Guys

I used LogoWorks for BrainBeacon's logo, but they weren't cheap. That said, I am extremely pleased with the design they created:

She needs to get someone else for the web design too fergal. Words are double layered on top of each other. The 2 lines at the top? The bottom line is going right though the middle of "Web Sites". The point right pass Contact us in nothern ireland is a mess words running togather and the click here button is in the middle of the last sentance on top of the word. I'm using IE 7 I belive. Maybe MR O'Hare did it in ff and never checked to see if it would be ok in IE?

I'm not sure what's happenning on Mitzs end. I've tried two different machines, one with IE6 and one with IE7. I don't see the issues that Mitzs is getting.

Could have something to do with my widescreen then? I don't know why it would, others sites are not affected.

When you first mentioned it, I was using my old '98 with IE6 and couldn't see any issues. Then I switched to the XP with IE7 and still nothing. Any one else have any noticable issues?

I cant really see those issues either here. Using IE6 on 1024 res. Very strange.

It was actually built in Web Studio (WYSIWYG Eurgh!).

Well I have no idea then. :blink

With that background and the lines at the top I thought the site had been done in frontpage.
