Problem Log shipping errors

Hi Gents,

Just doing log shipping, all is set up, all jobs run apart from the restore job on the secondary server.

I disabled backups on the primary server so it doesn't flush the logs, copied a backup of the database over, restored it so it's only an hour old, and then enabled log shipping. Firstly, does anyone have any insight into this error on the final job and secondly, what is the easiest method of telling whether log shipping is actually working (IE making the databases exactly the same)

I've attached the report, if anyone can offer an insight that would be amazing.
