The sudo command allows the system admin on a Linux machine to run root commands while logged on under their regular account (you don't have to run the su command to switch from your user account to the root account). You have to edit the /etc/sudoers file to use sudo. What text editor must you use to edit /etc/sudoers? Choose only one answer.

    1. vi
    2. visual
    3. vim
    4. visudo
    5. visudoers
    6. emac

Don't forget to use the hide tags to conceal your answer as in

    [h i d e] [/h i d e]

but without the spaces between the letters.

Trip, I duplicated the pinned thread here as well that I recently added to the A+ board about using the hide tags.

Please all pop up to THIS THREAD at the top of this Board if you're unsure :)

Answer time. Correct answer is #4, visudo. You can't edit this file with any other text editor.
