Jak this is one for you...just had a colleague come over to me at work and they just said to me that a customer was trying to order ADSL thru BT...but they cant give it to him cos he has a Line Concentrator on his line? I asked if he has DACS but she said no...so can clear this up for me if you have come across something like this...thanks mate...

Not too sure actually - ISDN springs to mind for some reason. I wouldn't be so sure about the customer saying they dont have DACS on the line tho - I'd press them a bit on this.

I'll dig around and see what I can find out for you tho ...
