Yes, I agree, I've emails them about new technology, EMAIL.

When I started last July, skillstrain didn't have the ability to use downloading the the website, now they do. This is faster.

Yes, their website is crap, yes, I've emailed with suggestions, they said they will be revamping it soon (snowball in hell )

Have you had the problem with the postman not being able to deliver your course file yet? Too big and heavy to deliver, so you have to go to the P.O. depot to collect it.

 

The business that is Skillstrain, suffers from a lack of BPR, I went to university to learn this stuff. It comes down to money and a willingness to change, if for that matter they want to change.
