I will be working at a specialist Maths & Computing College,they are running server 2003,and XP.So will be great exposure for me and help me along the way with my Certs.

Mitzs, it might be more helpful to collect these sort of links in a central area, such as a pinned thread in the relevant forum. Otherwise, they'll end up getting scattered all over CF and be difficult to track down. Thanks.
