Just go in and be yourself.

Focus on why you want to work in IT and what skills you will bring to the job.

    Act confident, but not arrogant.

    Good Luck!!!

Actually, once you start the interview, you'll probably be fine. Anticipation is always worse. Of course, your wife having contractions might add to the anxiety. Good luck.

I've worked in HR for a while now and conducted my fair share of interviews.

In-house interviews can sometimes feel strange because you already know the people interviewing you, but remember that they are probably feeling just as weird about it all as you are.

My advice is this: Don't half heartedly answer questions just because you think that they will already know the answer, or that they know about your work history. Many employers mark their interviewees on a score sheet and the person who gets the job is the one with the most ticks at the end. Unless you TELL them what they want to know, you will not get the ticks even if they know that you can do it.

So, go in and be yourself, but yourself as you would be in an interview situation.

    Good luck!

Well i think it went well enough :) questions he asked i was able to answer , but a few "No" writen on his sheet but after about 15 mins a few yes's were entered (was unaware that the job also included prosesses) :D .

I think this could go 50/50 but hopefully i'll get the possition.
