Hi guys, I am currently applying for a job and would like some help with one the questions.

"What's important to you when applying for a job with 'company name' ? "

What do they mean by this? Do they mean things like being able to further my career and develop? Or do they mean things specifically to do with the company?

Why are you applying for the job? That's the question.

 

Try and phase it what you can do for them. Multiple times you hear of people telling the business what they can do for you this is a sure way to be forgotten about.
