    It looks like it is more a second line job but if it has been written by an agency it may explain the use of these words when they arent required.

    Nope, no error, just a fairly dense recruitment consultant throwing keywords that mean precisely nothing to them around.

    You'd really hope an MCSE or MCSA would have some AD experience......

    If I didn't know any better, if I wasn't aware of Cert Forums, then I'd look at such an ad and think 'better get that CCNA, MCSE pretty sharpish'.

    If you replace 1st with 2nd it all looks about right, some of of it is bordering 3rd line!
