I'm in the middle of my MCSA course with Premier IT and am working on my 70-290. However, I've lost the Student Materials CD that came with my 2273b book. Does anyone know how I would go about getting a new cd? Can I ask Premier to supply me with one or do I have to go to Microsoft.

I would ask whoever supplid the CD.

 

Yeah, was planning to call them on Monday.

A little annoying as I'm working through the book and am missing the multimedia parts of it. There's only so much Youtube can do!

Looks like I'm out of luck. I just called MS and was given the number for the Certification team and they can't help.

I've tried here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/171931 which directs me to here http://www.microsoft.com/learning/books/default.mspx to no avail. There's also this page http://www.microsoft.com/learning/books/howtobuy/edu.mspx but they're all US centric.

Update:

I'm updating this thread in case anyone is in the same situation.

I've found a different site: https://www.microsoftlearningproducts.com/CWSite/contact.aspx and they've asked me to contact my Training Provider and in turn get them to contact them to validate a few details. Looks like I might be onto a winner.
