Just one thing .) Who advise book writer to use Serif font It just not helpfully for us who text jumps about on page or one letter blend into next.

Ence, if I understand you correctly (and I had to read what you wrote a few times to get the gist of it), the publisher decides the font to use when printing a book. If you have an issue it the font selection, you'll have to take it up with Sybex.
