Its a Start....

    Today at work i asked the I.T. dept if i could volunteer to work in the dept and gain sum experiences.

    He said to ask our heath and safety block about certs and that??

    So i said i waz doin me a+ and network+ then hopefully moving onto mcse and cisco.

    He waz shocked as he said oh rite u really are getting into it well let me talk to him and see if we can sort sumthing out :p

    BONUS :p

    so i hope to get me foot in the door and on to the ladder of knowledge........ i did say hope didnt i? :dry

    I've accepted that until I get my A+ a tech job is out of the question.

    Still I'm looking good for my target of sitting the exams in January.

    Good start. You don't get anything without asking. Soak up all they are willing to teach you and volunteer for whatever work they want to give you. The very least you will get is experience and who knows...if they think you are a valuable asset, this *could* work into a paying gig. Good luck.

    There is no substitute for hands on learning, it should really help accelerate your progress through your studies.
