Well, we already use change management at work and my previous job had a change management department so I am used to using certain parts of it. I just seem to have an automatic switch or something in me that just goes to off when someone wheels out the business speak!:sleeping

I new here n I'm here for guidance on ITIL v3. Is the use of dumps ok, and if y which one(s)? If there are freewares or sharewares that may be of use in passing I would be delighted if anyone will share such with me.
All I have is one voluminous pdf file (ITIL v3 Stufy Guide) :( Too broke to afford anything else.
    my box is [email protected]
    Thanks

Hmm... why don't we look at the CertForums Rules and Guidelines (which you accepted when you signed up) and find out for ourselves...

Mmmm... I'd say that the answer to your question is a resounding "No."

I can add nothing to Michael's comments but would suggest you remove your email address from the public forums, unless you really love being spammed. Spambots are just *everywhere*.

Thanks a lot for the advice. I hope to be more careful next time and read conditions and terms before going on a yes+next-click spree.
I have an odd feel about it too, but then when it's verywhere it begins to look legit to an uninformed...
    Thanks.
