    ^ damn right, necessary evil. All the guys in our IT department will have to do it at some point (and some have the added pleasure of Prince 2 also) nobody is looking forward to it!

    I really looked upon it as a distraction from my main study, I guess its something useful to have on your CV but this will only be if I was in the market for another job, which I am not! But as people always say, you never know what may happen in the future.

    (I hope its a long time before they bring out ITIL v4!!)

    Best of luck to you, hope all goes well.

    Top Tip (not breaking the disclaimer, just a bit of advise) make sure you know who is responsible for each ITIL process and what stage in the itil lifecycle the process resides.

    Also in what order all the steps of each process goes in, the ITIL exam is hot on this.

    If I was a bit more knowledgeable on this I think I would of got 100%
