    Hi All

Can someone help me or point me to the right direction ??
Passed my ITILv3 Foundation at end of last month(26/2),, but still haven't received my certificate, checked on the APM website for the successful candidate database but still my name is not listed ??

Should I be worried or be patient ??

I already received got my pass results straight after the exam & have also, checked my details on my prometric record to say I have passed.

    Thanks.

To appear in the ITIL Successful candidate database, you have to register for that (if you did your exam thru EXIN see here, for ISEB go thru them). I passed the ITIL v3 fdn last year and haven't registered for it yet :)
