    Hey all

Does anyone have set up in their workplace issues with setting up outsiders and guest accounts?

Our situation is at the moment is we have guest accounts, however we have to ask permission for these accounts to be granted and then we have to get the user to sign an IT user agreement etc, which when we are busy and you cant locate people or they are off, it takes time from your day.

Does anyone have a set up where when windows boots for the first time, they could either have script set up where you could get a digital IT user agreement for them to sign, or after they have logged on with a guest account, they then put in their details, and until they do this they cant go any further ???

    Thanks for any advice

    Hi,

Yeah, we have our guest wireless redirect the user to a webpage when they connect. This has three aspects to it: an end user agreement with appropriate radio button for I accept/ Do Not Accept, a username and password and the name of the employee responsible for you. As standard we create them a user account for 24 hrs or for longer should the responsible employee ask.

    Take a look at: http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/suppor...an-security/115951-web-auth-wlc-guide-00.html

Hope that helps, PM if you want any more info.

    Thanks,
