It Support Analyst interview

    Hi, i have an interview for an it support analyst next week, it is a really good opportunity and the first time in a while iv got an interview. I was wondering if anyone knew the sort of questions i could be asked, mainly worried about the personal questions like name a time when... more than technical questions. I also have a practical test what is this likely to involve and also some good questions to ask at the end.

    Job description

    To provide customer focused 1st and 2nd level ICT support for the diverse and complex ICT
    systems across the Council, the main areas of support include: desktop software and
    hardware; systems and applications software; server and client operating systems; data and
    voice communications; networking and ICT security.

    KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS -
    Desirable:
    •Working knowledge of computer systems, software and networks
    •Good organisational skills
    •Commitment to customer focus
    • Good written & verbal communication skills
    • Analytical & problem solving skills
