Hi Folks

After looking on the forum I took the advice I saw and went after Level 1 IT Helpdesk Positions. After a couple of months effort I have secured a contract with SAIC. So thats me getting on the first rung of the ladder. Thanks for the help everyone.

I hadnt heard of them either. Some American company been around for 30 odd years. Got their fingers in many pies but basically what ill be doing is Helpdesk for Scottish Power so its like an Outsourcing thing.
