    Hi - Ain't it hot!!!

O.K, my question....Does anyone have any experience of rolling out an IT pilot project at work? I was wondering if any of you guys had any stories about the different approaches you took and the do's and dont's of running an IT pilot project? I'm imagining that good communication/feedback is essential and also backup support if things go a bit pear shaped!

    Any thoughts?

Hard to say... just about every project is different. :) Different in scope, functionality, timeline, budget... too many factors to give blanket answers.

    Agreed with BM.
Can you provide more details on the project? Is this to test a new product / vendor, or rolling something out in phases; starting with a pilot first?
