Hey guys. I'm gonna be doing courses to get the CCNA and CCNP certs soon, after that I will of course be looking for a job. Now, while I don't have any specific network experience, I worked in NTL for almost 3 years doing Internet & IT Support for NTL customers. Is this good experience to have on the CV and should I expand my explanation of my role and experience from that job when it comes to re-writing my CV after getting the cert's?

    Hi,

I would say so! I would have a look around for some CV advice. Ask someone who knows how to "maximise" CV's as pointed out on this forum already, working for friends and family is still work.

    Best of luck :D

Yeah, I help out a lot with the IT problems in the office I work in. I might ask the IT guys if I can help them out with anything...
