    Hi peeps,

As per title really, I am looking to have a couple of months off to de-stress and figure out what I want to do career wise. My current job isn't right for me and is causing me no ends of stress. I have plenty of savings and the only thing stopping me from handing my notice in, is being able to get another job when I am ready. Currently I constantly get recruiters phoning me for potential jobs, but are potential employers going to look down one me after having a break/gap in employment?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Why not just go for a new job just now mate? Would drop your stress level and no need for a career break.
