I had to do a system recovery today,but every time I boot up now this message appears...

A search on google with this message is very instructive!

It is part of an autoupdater. Some info on it from :

Various companies use this, the one most often mentioned is Kodak.

The fix seems to be to reinstall the package that uses it, then de-install it properly.
