When images are in a signature or a stationery/theme in Outlook 2007/2010, sometimes these are sent as attachments, and other times they are not. I am trying to figure out if it is something to do with the SMTP server, as we use three different ones (Fasthosts, Eclipse, and Google Apps) depending on the user.

    Anybody have any ideas?

The user must bring HTML the way open.
