So, back to drinking in Birmingham!!

October 25th. Centre of Birmingham. Alchohol. Lots of. And maybe bowling so we can laugh at each other? lol. Who's game?

    So far I'm guessing at:

    Me
    Harry
    Raff
    AJ
    Qs
    Matt

... any more takers? Mr Cheeks? You're close enough :)

I know where Lichfield is - I have cousins in Sutton Coldfield and often stayed and visited there years ago.

As to coming up from Poole, hmmn, difficult to do overnight stops as no-one available to look after my aging cats that are housebound. Also funds are tight as still no work.

I'll see a bit nearer to the date.

Might be fun to put faces to names :p

    Tru dat.

As a Geologist by training and - more specifically - a Palaeontologist, the Dorset coast is absolutely the most fascinating and beatiful part of England for me. Spent many an hour in Lyme Regis, Lulworth and Weymouth!

I believe we met up at the Newt last time, though there's also quite a few good (cheap) bars on Bennett's Hill we could check out.

But being as the Newt is right by New St Station... 3pm onwards?
