Yes, but I don't have to deal with them, if something goes wrong I talk to PO customer service. Anyway all i wanted BT to do was cancel my old phone line at my previous house and start a new one at my new house. They told pack of lies and I had to set up an arrangement with the current owner of the line on my previous address! If that wasn't bad enough on my new phone I asked to pay the bill per quarter(like the old one), do you think they could understand that, one said it couldn't be done another said they did, but hadn't changed anything and the final straw was when I recieved the bill per quarter but still charge DD per month!

I don't where they get there training from?? Maybe from Monty python?

They get their training from npower, as no one else can figure out their bills either
