I read a post on another ccna forum (will remain nameless)

This guy recons without any network knowladge he passed icnd1 in 2 weeks never read book he watched vids and did some example exams.

Coming from a networking education and starting the icnd1 i have never heard so much rubish in all my life,

This is of course my opinion. what do u guys think?

Some people are natural liers/braggers. That said anythings possible. I've passed an exam considered moderately difficult with 10 days study. If the guy did 10 hours a day, didn't work, in 2 weeks he could grasp the concepts. I think ICND2 is supposed to be the one that really separates the men from the boys.
I'm starting my ICND1 this friday but I've been in IT for 10 years playing with all types of kit so will see how long it takes me. . .

the icnd1 shouldnt be too bad, I picked up a book just out of interest, might give it a go after cca, most of it is old ground by the looks of things for MCSA's and above, most new stuff comes from cisco specific commands and hardware bits. All strings to bows... strings to bows my friend!

IMHO, possible if you just did nothing but just study the book I guess?
Not very likely if you had to juggle studying ICND1 with a day job.
