Woo hoo nice one. All it would have taken was a one minute phone call to verify the address.

All the couple had to do was refuse to have the monitoring equipment installed in their house and the Probation would have had no choice but to breach him and take him back before the Court.

I'm pretty sure a District Judge would be very interested to know the circumstances of how the Probation Services put forward an unverified bail address!!!
