Trip, I ordered it and a couple of others which are also new editions due out in Feb sometime so I think they will wait until all the books are available and then send them.

 

The book has been out (at least in the US) for a couple of weeks now. Hope you get yours soon. Even though Punkboy101 agreed to do a review in exchange for a copy, there's nothing stopping anyone who's actuall bought it from doing a review at amazon or your favorite online bookseller.
