    How sweet. Fresh meat.

I'll start a sign-up thread soon. We will likely have similar rules to last game. Did everyone like how everything went (including the voting) last time?

    Worked for me...
Although I'm not sure about the bit where you needed two nominations to go for a vote.
When things were quiet it did make it difficult to get anything done... 8)

But was it quiet because of the voting style, the players involved, or because the game was initially delayed? We could return to the old voting system, where anyone can vote for anyone... but then, we could end up waiting on the last person to break a tie-breaker vote. Thus, if we were to have the same level of "quietness", the problem would be compounded.

That said, I am up for using whichever system you guys prefer.

There are yet a few other voting systems out there. One interesting method has one person announcing someone's innocence, who is then immune from staking. That person then announces another person who is innocent, and so on, until only one person remains; that person is then staked. Unfortunately, that method would require that each person answer in turn as they are deemed "innocent", and would therefore be much slower than either of the methods we've used.

    Yes, of course you're right.
One system makes it harder to get started, the other to reach a consensus.

Well, all I care about is that I've got a new character in mind, which people may hate as much as the lawyer...

Well, think on it over the next day or two and let me know your thoughts on the matter. It's no good if you guys don't have fun with it. :)

That's a good thing, in my opinion. :biggrin

    Dell support tech maybe?

I'm up for the game Mike. The voting system seems to be okay too but of course it's all down to the involvement of the players. Some don't come on for days which makes it hard with any voting system.
