well well well... im the new one with a job!! finally two years later!! full-time so my BTEC at college goes on hold... not a bad salary (for here in cyprus) and in a few months i get help with training for CCNA and MCSE

Silicon Valley here i come... watch out bill some crazy african from cyprus is here!!

on a serious note... just came back from the second interview for the above job... and as from the 1st sept - ol'zimbo here is the new Junior Customer support/trainee network admin/WILL DO ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING at one of cyprus' biggest network consultants!!

the salary isnt bad concerning im still a student and all i have is my A+ - but they going to coach me towards my MCSE and CCNA and half pay for it!! for now im going to be doing system builds and troubleshooting....

 

Sounds great, zimbo. Just the sort of entry-level IT job that you need to help you lay the foundation for your career. Glad to hear they pay for part of your training/certifications. Have another beer.
