Ever have a customer/colleague/client adamantly swear they sent you an email regarding something?

Well on monday i received an email to the servicedesk about a problem, i emailed back for more information, and today received an email saying that he had sent that in july and coulndt remember what the actual issue WAS.

Sure enough, on checking the header info, it was sent by him in july, and sat in some server (hotmail i believe) for months before coming to our system. Once in our system it was in our mailbox in under a minute.

Just think about THAT next time your thinking 'yeah yeah, pull the other one, its got bells on'
