    Hi,

    Wondering if anyone can help

I am trying to setup a monitoring of sent items for a user (to be leaving company soon)

We need to mointor his sent items, he is currently on a PST. so we can't always access his sent items

I have been looking at transport Rules, If I setup the below would this do the trick for me

    Apply rule to messages
    from [email protected]
and sent to users that are “outside the organization”
Blind carbon copy (BCC) the message to [email protected]

I would either forward to manager or create a new mailbox and forward emails to it.

    Thanks for your help
