I don't know if any of you have come across this site: http://how.todesignyour.com/

It's a bloke called Gary Simon who is offering some training videos on using Photoshop for web site layouts and logo's for a reasonable price. I purchased these about a month ago and have enjoyed every minute of it.

You will have to have some basic knowledge of Photoshop and html/css. But i think these are well worth the money!

    Enjoy!

I'll be blunt. There is absolutely no need for you to purchase from him as everything you need is free online.

Envato have a cluster of sites dealing with everything from After Effects and Illustrator to Photoshop and Web Design.

At the top, there is a network button with a list of their other sites. They have tutorials from some of the best designers around today. All for free and the highest quality ones you will find.

Thanks for sharing that one! To be honest i have used Sooooo many online tutorials, and the fact that he use's real client brief's was a nice touch. Some of the tuts you get these days are real basic stuff and you need to have a good eye for design to get the most out of them. I know this from being a lynda.com and kelby training subscriber for the last two years, plus the many other free tuts i have tried!!!

But thanks again for sharing this one, will be using them over the weekend!!! :D

No problem mate, that entire cluster of sites is a great resource, the affiliated sites are high quality as well, after all. they pay $150 for the tutorials and they are all vetted unlike tutorialised.com and the like. So the quality is unparalleled.

I quite like this site as well, not really updated often, but has good stuff to plod through.
