how to stop automatic tabs?

    When I visit a certain website it will open up another tab forcing me to download a fake adobe flash player, and it will even download it on my system which gets blocked by my virus program. Is there anyway to stop this window being created? as far as I know this wouldn't be classed as a popup and I do have the popup blocker on..

    Dont visit porn sites ha ha .

    If that site is doing that you could set your browser to maximum level, like enable enhanced protected mode etc. I mean what is the site?

    I would give it a miss if it was doing that

    I find uBlock Origin, a Google Chrome extension similar to Adblock et al does the job.
