    Hi!

I've finished the CCNA course from Cisco Networking Academy and I have the possibility to apply a voucher discount code. I've registered an account at cisco.com with the CSCO ID and the authorization code that they sent to me but now I don't know how to get this code. I'm registered at the Certification Tracking System.

It should be entered right here:

    Please replace [dot] by .

I've also sent an email to the contact department.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

I to have just finished a cisco networking academy course and have got my discount vouchers.

I logged into my cisco netacad account found under career development found the link to apply for either two vouchers for the ICND exams or one voucher for the full CCNA exam.

I selected the two and then got an email with the voucher codes the next day.

I think he quite clearly meant "hear back", it was just a typo.

    Thanks.

I've been talking to my CCNA teacher and it seems that the firewall of the university is blocking the mails from cisco, so the solution is to change my academy mail account and request the voucher again to the support department xD
