How can I get Mac OS to run as a VM?

Is there a way? I heard you coukd at one point purchase the OS from apole directly and they would send you it on USB (unsure how true this is) I just want to play around with it without having to purchase a mac.

You cant really, you can look into stuff about hackintosh, I did try and was sucessful about a year ago but it was pants

Thankfully at work I have a mac with VMware fusion so from that I run win 10
