    hiiiiii guys
    am a pharmacist and computer addict from Egypt and am leaving to Canada in a few months,an i need to have mos and mcse before i leave so if any one can help me :-)

    Hi & welcome to CF :)

    To tell the truth, if you do not have

    Then I would forget about doing the MCSE for now.

    Stick with the MOS cert, or the newer MCAS from the Professional business range of certs from Microsoft and from the Professional technical range do your MCDST. Other entry level certs I would recommend would be the Comptia A+ and the Comptia Network+ :thumbleft

    High-end Professional certifications should reflect your job role and responsibilities and not used for entry level jobs/to get into IT :noway

    Apart from that, good luck with your studies.

    I agree with Ken, don't do MCSE until you have a good amount of experience in a working environment.

    What they said. If you're a pharmacist, you should wait until you're in IT before attempting the MCSE.

    That said, you can take your first steps toward it by going after the MCDST.
