I been working in sales (I.T), For a long time. Being thinking of Doing MCSE for about 1 year now, Don't laugh! it does take time :biggrin

As a kid i've always wanted to with networks or any that was network related, But to be honest i've always chicken out. Please dont ask why! :D

Can someone please to tell one thing?

Should join a training firm or Self pace? Which do you advice?
Bearing in mind im working 5 days...

Depends. What are your current technical skill sets? When you try to learn something new, do you do better in classroom situations or by doing the research yourself? The most common recommendation for a person such as yourself is to start with the A+ cert. This will give you a basic grounding in computer hardware and OS configuration. It also has the advantage of (with the Network+ cert) being applied as an elective exam towards your MCSA (but not MCSE).

When we recommend the A+, most members suggest getting the Michael Meyers (clickable link) textbook, a couple of older PCs to take apart, and doing self-study.
